About us
North Property Care is a personal property management company based in Marbella. We help villa owners, apartment owners and property investors across the Costa del Sol with everything their home needs.
Our story
We founded North Property Care to fill a simple need: a reliable, present partner who looks after properties on the Costa del Sol with the same care as if they were their own home. From our base in Marbella we work closely with clients, suppliers and craftsmen to keep every property in perfect condition.
Our strength is the combination of local knowledge and a Scandinavian service culture where punctuality, transparency and quality come first.
