How do you handle keys and property access?

Security is our top priority. All keys are stored in an insured, secure key safe using anonymous numerical codes—keys are never tagged with your address or personal name. Keys are only checked out by authorized staff and logged for each visit.

If there is an immediate risk, we act immediately to prevent escalation (such as shutting off the main water valve or securing a broken fixture). We then photograph the issue, upload it to your report, and contact you directly via phone or WhatsApp with an honest assessment, recommended solution, and quote.

Can you act as the primary local keyholder for our alarm company?

Yes. We can be registered as an official keyholder with your alarm provider (such as Securitas Direct or Prosegur). Yes. Many owners notify us before their trip. We ensure the property is thoroughly aired, cleaned, beds made, terrace furniture set out, air conditioning or heating set to the desired temperature, and the pool ready. You simply unlock the door and walk into a comfortable home.

They manage the guest bookings, marketing, and the online owner portal (where you can view your calendar, block personal dates, and follow revenue), while North Property Care takes care of the on-the-ground reality: guest turnarounds, deep cleaning, linen handling, and inspection protocols between stays.
