That is up to you. Most owners choose weekly or bi-weekly visits, but we also offer monthly checks for apartments and full year-round agreements for villas with gardens and pools.
What happens if you find a problem during a visit?
We document it with photos in your report and contact you with a recommended solution and a quote. Small urgent issues — like a leak — we can secure immediately to prevent damage, then agree the repair with you.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
You sign a clear service agreement so both sides know exactly what is included, but there is no long-term lock-in. You can adjust or end the plan with a short notice period.
Can you prepare the house before we arrive?
Yes — cleaning, airing, pool and garden ready, beds made. Many owners send us their arrival dates and simply walk into a ready home.
